The General Count's preferences are, immediately and historically, unlooked-for and not exactly news.

Vorhalas and Falco aren't so bad, in their own way. There are Counts far higher on the my list of 'Members of the Government I'd Rather Replace with a Small Kitten'. The point of this is not making you proud, Ivan.
