I do technically have a fellow Arbitration Officer, but she seems far more interested in threatening to shoot her charges than in actually arbitrating any disputes. Considering many of the disputes are being started by seventy-foot lunatics made entirely of metal I'm starting to blame her less and less.

Hey, when I was talking to Tarn, he seemed to feel like he was abandoned by Megatron. So you might want to look into that. Maybe that would help a small deal with him?
